AI Poem Generator
Write a poem in your choice of language, style and mood, from haiku to doha.
About the AI Poem Generator
The AI Poem Generator writes a poem on any topic, in the language, style and mood you choose. Pick from Hindi, English, Haryanvi or Avadhi, and from 14 forms, from free verse, haiku and sonnets to ghazal, shayari, doha and chaupai, each with its own rules built into the instructions.
Poetry is personal, so treat the result as a draft. Add your own images and memories, and have a fluent speaker check the language, especially for regional forms and meter, where AI is least reliable.
Who it's for
- People writing a poem for a birthday, wedding or festival.
- Students exploring poetic forms such as the haiku, sonnet or doha.
- Hindi, Haryanvi and Avadhi speakers who want a starting point in their own language.
- Writers looking for fresh images or a first verse to rewrite.
How to use it
- Enter the topic, such as "the first rain after a long summer".
- Choose the language, the style and the mood.
- Add any words or ideas you want included, such as a name or a memory.
- Click Generate and read the poem.
- Rewrite lines that feel flat, and change words to fit your voice or the meter you want.
Tips for better results
- Give concrete images, such as "my grandmother's porch", not only big feelings. Specific details make a poem feel real.
- Pick the form for the occasion. A doha suits a short, wise thought, and a ghazal suits longing and reflection.
- For Haryanvi and Avadhi, ask someone who speaks the language to review the poem. AI can drift towards standard Hindi.
- Meter, such as the matra count in a doha, can be slightly off. Count by hand when it matters.
- Generate more than once. Different attempts can give different images, and you can combine the best lines.

Frequently asked questions
Which languages are supported?
Hindi, English, Haryanvi and Avadhi. Hindi, Haryanvi and Avadhi are written in Devanagari script.
How accurate are the poetic forms?
The instructions include each form's rules, such as 5-7-5 for a haiku or 14 lines for a sonnet. AI is less reliable at counting syllables and matras, particularly in Hindi, Haryanvi and Avadhi, so check the structure yourself.
Will the Haryanvi and Avadhi sound authentic?
The tool asks for the real dialect, not standard Hindi, but results vary. A native speaker should review the poem before you share it or perform it.
Can I publish the poems?
You may use them as far as the law allows, but results may not be unique. If you plan to publish or enter a competition, rewrite it substantially and check the competition's rules on AI.
