Meeting Notes
Turn rough notes into an agenda, decisions and action items.
About the Meeting Notes
The Meeting Notes Generator turns the rough notes you took, or a description of what was discussed, into a tidy record. It organizes them into a title, attendees, agenda, key notes, decisions and action items with owners and due dates.
Notes are only useful if they are accurate and people act on them. Check the draft against what actually happened, fill in any missing owners, and share it soon after the meeting.
Who it's for
- Anyone who takes messy notes and wants a clean version to share.
- Project managers who need decisions and action items on record.
- Team leads sending a summary to people who couldn't attend.
- Students and volunteers keeping minutes for a club or committee.
How to use it
- Paste your context: rough notes, a list of topics, or a description of what was discussed.
- Add the expected outcomes if you know them, such as "agree on launch date and owners".
- Click Generate and read the structured notes.
- Fix names, dates and decisions, and add an owner and a due date to every action.
- Send the notes within a day, while everyone remembers the meeting.
Tips for better results
- Capture decisions and actions first. Those are what people look for later.
- Give every action a name and a date. An action without an owner usually doesn't happen.
- Don't paste confidential material you wouldn't be comfortable sending to an AI service.
- Keep the notes short. If nobody will read a section, cut it.
- Check the draft against your memory or a recording. The tool only knows what you gave it.

What you get
Frequently asked questions
Can it record or transcribe my meeting?
No. It organizes notes you provide. If you have a transcript from another tool, you can paste a cleaned-up version, within the length limit.
What if some details are missing from my notes?
The tool shouldn't invent them, but check the draft carefully. Anything unclear is better marked "to confirm" than guessed.
How long should meeting notes be?
As short as they can be while capturing decisions, actions and the reasons behind them. A page is plenty for most meetings.
Is it appropriate for sensitive meetings?
Avoid pasting confidential or personal information. Your text is sent to an AI service to produce the result. Summarize sensitive parts yourself instead.
